Whole-genome DNA kit

For a DNA reading without a file: we post you a saliva kit, and a lab reads your whole genome.

Pre-order
  • You sign in to Indaga first, so your pre-order is linked to your account and we can reach you.
  • You pay today. We don’t have a date for the first kits yet; we’ll email you when yours is ready to post, and we’ll ask for your shipping address then.
  • Until your kit is posted, you can cancel for a full refund: email support@indaga.ai.
  • If we can’t offer the kit after all, we refund you in full.

Report from your whole-genome file

Already had your whole genome sequenced? We read the file your lab gave you.

  • An Indaga report read from your own whole-genome file
  • For VCF or gVCF files
  • gVCF up to 8 GB, VCF up to 1 GB, on GRCh38 or GRCh37
  • Raw files too: FASTQ, BAM or CRAM, up to 250 GB each

A VCF lists only your variants, so the report reads much less from it: ask your lab for the gVCF.

It includes no screen for rare disease variants.

Upload your file
  • You sign in to Indaga first, so your file and your order are linked to your account and we can reach you.
  • You upload your file before you pay, and we show you what we received; we read it for your report only after you pay.
  • A file you don’t pay for is deleted 30 days after the upload.
  • Your report is ready within 3 business days of your payment (7 business days for GRCh37). For raw files (FASTQ, BAM, CRAM), we email you the date your report will be ready within one business day of your payment.
  • Until your report is delivered, you can cancel for a full refund: email support@indaga.ai.
  • If your file can’t be read, we refund you in full.

Longevity and wellness information, never a diagnosis. A measured value always outranks a genetic tendency. Also in the report: How your genes may affect some medicines. Never start, stop or change a medicine because of your DNA. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. Your record is yours. To delete it, use “Withdraw consent and delete my DNA data” on your dashboard at app.indaga.ai, or email support@indaga.ai; we delete within 30 days.
